We collect only basic information about the clients/users that are necessary and required to complete our obligations. We inform our clients about the way we collect their data and regularly enable users to choose how their data shall be used, including whether or not they want it removed from the list used for marketing purposes. All user information is strictly confidential and available only if such information is required for the booking. All employees of Brio Blu and the accommodation owners are responsible for respecting the privacy principles.

CANCELLATION POLICY
(Pre)payment, and no-show policy before making your reservation.
- Confirmation of each reservation requires a down payment in the amount specified by the Agency. The payment amount needed for the Client's booking confirmation will be sent to the Client via email.
- Upon payment confirmation for the reservation, the Client agrees to all terms and conditions, including the relevant cancellation and no-show policy of the Agency, without exception.
- Late payment, incorrect bank, debit, or credit card details, invalid credit/debit cards, or insufficient funds will not entitle the client to any refund of prepaid amounts unless otherwise agreed or allowed by the Agency.
- No refund will be issued in the event of a no-show, early departure or if you are late on your tour/experience or transfer.
- All rates or special offers are ineligible for cancellation or changes. Once payments are made, they are final, irrevocable, non-refundable, and non-creditable.
- The refund of the payment for reservation (deposit) will be return only if the client cancle his reservation more then 7 days before the trip/tranfer/experience.
- The cancellation policy applies universally, without exception. No refunds will be provided for cancellations due to expected or unexpected circumstances, such as inclement weather, unforeseen serious illness, death, or injury; transportation disruptions; cancellations of trains, buses, flights, or ferries; natural disasters; epidemic or pandemic diseases; or restrictions on gatherings, travel, or border crossings.
- On any excursion,transfer,experience the travel organizer is responsible for passenger insurance.
FILING & RESOLVING COMPLAINTS
-The Participant is obliged to report any complaint he/she might have to Brio blu without delay.
-The Participant may submit a written complaint no later than 8 days after the Trip's completion. Complaints must be submitted individually via postal mail to:Info@brioblu.hr
-Brio blu will promptly acknowledge receipt of the complaint in writing and provide a response within 15 days of receiving it.
-Objection filed after the specified deadline will not be considered by the agency Brio Blu.
-If Brio Blu is not the organizer of the contracted trip, it solely transmits information or resolution of complaints between the traveler and the travel organizer, and the service provider or travel organizer is responsible for all obligations related to the execution of the travel service.
OBLIGATIONS OF THE PASSENGER
During the trip, the passenger is obligated to behave in a manner that does not endanger the lives or health of their fellow travelers and does not disrupt the provision of the travel service. In the event that the passenger acts contrary to this provision, the travel organizer or service provider has the right to exclude them from further use of the contracted trip or service, without any refund of costs (including the costs of return to the point of departure).
